Tipa.me
Customers scan a code and the tip lands with the worker, not the till. I built the Laravel payment flows, the Blade and Vue front end, and I run it on my own.

Full-stack developer in Newcastle upon Tyne, heading into AI and data engineering. I build the software that moves money and runs shifts.
Ifeanyichukwu is an Igbo name. It means nothing is impossible with God. I took it as a working brief.
Say it ee-feh-AHN-yee-CHOO-kwoo.
Or just call me Fin. That's my dev name, because I'm the big finisher. Big as in six foot four.
I'm the big finisher. Things I've finished:
Six years of shipping full-stack software to production, from a factory floor in Nigeria to the Quayside in Newcastle. Next stop: AI and data engineering.
At BUA Foods I replaced a whiteboard with a Laravel system 200 people used every shift, and cut reporting time by 70%. At Easyspend I built the transaction API and its CI.
Today I run two products of my own, build Velkeep and lead development at 7Stars Events. I'm also finishing an MSc in Data Science at Sunderland, where my project runs on Formula 1 data.

Fancy a go? You're the queue worker: catch the tips and jobs, let the exceptions drop. Three dropped jobs and the worker stops.
Ifeanyichukwu Izuegbu has been shipping to production since 2018, front to back. Server side, it's Laravel, PHP and Node.js on MySQL or Postgres, with Redis queues that actually retry. In the browser, Vue, React and Tailwind. Holding it all up: Docker, GitHub Actions and AWS.
He's happiest in the unglamorous bits, like schema design and the payment callback at three in the morning. Now he's pointing all of it at AI and data engineering, with Python and an MSc project built on Formula 1 data.
He gathers requirements from people who don't speak code, then ships to them. Floor staff at a food factory, guards on a night patrol, a barista waiting on a tip.
The Tyne Bridge, drawn in Three.js from a single photograph: a parabolic arch with a 3.15 to 1 span-to-rise ratio, sixteen hangers on each rib, and the river's reflection beneath it. Lovely bit of steel, that. Drag it, or scroll, to turn it.
Fancy my number? Drag the car to the chequered flag. Quick, mind: slowcoaches don't get it.
